So....What's Next?

If you look at any successful organization you will find that consistent leadership is key.  It's very hard to achieve long term goals when changing leadership.  I have goals such as organizing more shops and starting a charitable organization to benefit our membership that I believe can be accomplished in the next 3 years.  I also have longer term goals such as adding more staff and upgrading our hall that may take a bit longer. This position is very demanding, so any new person coming in will take a year or two to really learn it.  We are doing great things together, now is not the time to slow down.  I have gained so much knowledge and experience in these past 3 years and have accomplished so much.  Imagine what we could do in another 3... or 20!
